Notice For The Annual General Body Meeting of ASI 2018

Notice is hereby given to all the members of the Association of Surgeons of India for its 78th Annual General Body Meeting scheduled to be held at 6.00 PM on 29th December 2018 at Hall B, Chennai Trade Center, Chennai.

The 78th Annual Conference of the Association of Surgeons of India will be held from 26th to 30th of December 2018 at Chennai Trade Center, Chennai.

The Annual Report of 2018 containing, Report of activities of ASI, Report of Sections / Chapters for 2018, Audited Accounts Statement of ASI / IJS, revised budget 2018-19, budget estimate 2019-20 of ASI & IJS, Minutes of the Combined Meeting of Chapters & Sections Office Bearers with Executive Committee Members held on 26th December 2017 at Jaipur, Minutes of the Executive Committee Meeting held on 26th December 2017 at Jaipur, Minutes of the Annual General Body Meeting held on 29th December 2017 at Jaipur, Minutes of the Executive Committee Meeting with New President Dr. Dilip Gode held on 30th December 2017 at Jaipur, Minutes of the Executive Committee Meeting held on 10th March 2018 at ASI Hqrs, Chennai, Minutes of the combined Meeting of Office Bearers of Chapters & Sections held on 11h March 2018 at ASI Hqrs, Chennai & Minutes of the Executive Committee Meeting held on 31st August & 1st September 2018 at Imphal, Manipur are included in the annual report book circulated to all members and is available at ASI website.

Entry to the General Body Meeting is restricted only to the Full Life members of the ASI. Kindly bring your Membership Identity Card.
