Regional Refresher Courses 2020
Dear Friends
The Regional Refresher Courses (RRC) 2020 is all set to commence on Monday, 10 August 2020. For the first time ever, all the six RRCs this year are being held on a web based e-learning platform.
As there has been an ever increasing demand on a daily basis, in order to ensure that this Programme is within reach of Residents who wish to benefit from this landmark initiative, the Registration deadline has been extended.
Registration is Mandatory, but is FREE to all, including Postgraduate student members of ASI (Associate members).
Registered participants would be sent an invite to join a dedicated RRC 2020 Facebook Group.
PLEASE NOTE
All the web based interactive RRC Sessions starting from 10 August would be broadcast live ONLY on a dedicated private Facebook account, which is available ONLY to REGISTERED PARTIPANTS. They alone would have exclusive access to attend ALL the six RRCs, which provides an unrestricted platform for unique "pan India' exposure to teachers & teaching from all across the Country.
In other words, the current ASI Facebook account (https://www.facebook.com/asiindia.org/), which has been used to showcase online NSEP since June 2020 WILL NOT be used for the online RRCs.

The RRCs would be held between 9 pm – 11 pm from Monday to Saturday to ensure maximum delegate participation. Three cases would be discussed every day.

Assam, Manipur, Tripura, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Mizoram & Sikkim
Zone-2 Monday 17th to Saturday 22nd August 2020
West Bengal, Bihar & Jharkhand
Zone-4 Monday 24th to Saturday 29th August 2020
Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Kerala & Pondicherry
Surgical Residents are actively encouraged to become ASI Members to avail all the benefits of Membership of Asia Pacific's largest & the world's second largest surgical Organisation. Residents would be given Associate membership status, which would be automatically converted to full life membership with no additional charge after submitting the MS/DNB completion Certificate to ASI Head office.
