All interested and competent service providers can download the Vendor Registration form & Requirements check list from the website and the same can be send it to “The Association of Surgeons of India, No. 21 Swamy Sivananda Salai, Chepauk, Chennai 600005” on or before 15th October 2024 with all supporting documents as per the requirements list along with Demand Draft of Rs. 5000/- in favor of “The Association of Surgeons of India” payable at Chennai.
