Notice For The Annual General Body Meeting of ASI 2017

Notice is hereby given to all the members of the Association of Surgeons of India for its 77th Annual General Body Meeting scheduled to be held at 6.00 PM on 29th December 2017 at B M Birla Auditorium, Jaipur.

The 77th Annual Conference of the Association of Surgeons of India will be held from 26th to 30th of December 2017 at B M Birla Auditorium, Jaipur.

The Annual Report of 2017 containing, Report of activities of ASI, Report of Sections / Chapters for 2017, Audited Accounts Statement of ASI / IJS, revised budget 2017-18, budget estimate 2018-19 of ASI & IJS, Minutes of the Combined Meeting of Chapters & Sections Office Bearers with Executive Committee Members held on 14th December 2016 at Mysuru, Minutes of the Executive Committee Meeting held on 14th December 2016 at Mysuru, Minutes of the Annual General Body Meeting held on 17th December 2016 at Mysuru, Minutes of the Executive Committee Meeting with New President Dr. Shiva K. Misra held on 18th December 2016 at Mysuru, Minutes of the combined Meeting of Office Bearers of Chapters & Sections held on 5th March 2017 at ASI Hqrs, Chennai, Minutes of the Executive Committee Meeting held on 25th March 2017 at Mussoorie & Minutes of the Executive Committee Meeting held on 3rd September 2017 at Meril Academy, Vapi are included in the annual report book circulated to all members and is available at ASI website.

Entry to the General Body Meeting is restricted only to the Full Life members of the ASI. Kindly bring your Membership Identity Card.
