Inauguration of ASI Critical Care Course, KMC Mangalore
Dr. P. Raghu Ram, President ASI inaugurated the ASI Critical Care Course on 8 February 2020 at Kasturba Medical College. Mangalore.
Some 40 surgical trainees participated in the two day Programme, which was held in collaboration with Acute Critical Care India & the University of Manchester.
The Course aimed to empower participants about identifying and effectively managing critically ill surgical patients presenting with unexpected adverse events, in an endeavour to save more lives.
The Course was organised Dr Sriram Bhat, HOD Surgery, KMC, Mangalore.
A team of trainers from the UK – Dr Ajay Sharma, Dr Selva Kumar & Dr Geeta Shetty alongside other trained Course faculty from India conducted the Programme
