NOTICE FOR THE ANNUAL GENERAL BODY MEETING OF ASI 2025

Notice is hereby given to all the members of the Association of Surgeons of India for its 85th Annual General Body Meeting scheduled to be held at 5.00 PM on 20th December 2025 at Hall B, Biswa Bangla Convention Centre, Kolkata.

The Annual Report of 2025 containing, Report of activities of ASI, Report of Sections and Chapters for 2025, Audited Accounts Statement of ASI and IJS, revised budget 2025-26, budget estimate 2026-27 of ASI & IJS, Minutes of the Executive Committee Meeting held on 11th December 2024 at Agra, Minutes of the Annual General Body Meeting held on 14th December 2024 at Agra, Minutes of the Executive Committee Meeting with New President Dr. Pravin Suryawanshi held on 15th December 2024 at Agra, Minutes of the Executive Committee Meeting held on 25th January 2025 at ASI Hqrs, Chennai, Minutes of the combined Meeting of Office Bearers of Chapters & Sections held on 26th January 2025 at ASI Headquarters, Chennai, Minutes of the Executive Committee Meeting held on 4th May 2025 at Virtual Platform, Minutes of the Executive Committee held on 30th June 2025 at Virtual Platform, Minutes of the Executive Committee held on 31st August 2025 at Virtual Platform, Minutes of the Executive Committee held on 7th September 2025 at Virtual Platform, Minutes of the Executive Committee Meeting held on 18th September 2025 at Port Blair and Minutes of the Executive Committee Meeting held on 16th November 2025 at Virtual Platform are included in the annual report and the same is available at ASI website www.asiindia.org.
