A section of the “educated class” and the “elite” are blatantly flouting basic norms to be followed relating to “social distancing” and “home quarantine”. This irresponsible attitude of going about “business as usual” by those who have recently returned from overseas and those tested positive for Covid-19, would undoubtedly have a multiplier effect to the ongoing exponential spread of corona pandemic in the country.
