The Essential Communication Skills Program (ECSP), an initiative of the Association of Surgeons of India (ASI), is designed to strengthen the interpersonal and professional communication abilities of surgeons.
Recognizing that effective communication is as vital as surgical expertise, the ECSS program focuses on developing soft skills that enhance patient trust, teamwork, leadership, and conflict resolution. The structured sessions include interactive modules, real-life scenarios, and role-based learning, helping surgeons communicate clearly and compassionately with patients, colleagues, and healthcare teams.
